I am a digital Product Designer who believes in measuring the impact of design. I focus on the outcome of great experiences rather than the output of design artifacts. My work is designed to drive key metrics like activation or revenue. As a result, I have deep expertise in product analytics, early stage experimentation, customer research and AB testing — all of which I consider critical inputs to inform design decisions. This is also known as growth design. Previously, I led two growth initiatives at The Black Tux. I led design, product growth and analytics at LA-based Burner and I worked at InVision designing collaboration tools. In my work with Carbon Five, Neo and Kluge, I've worked with enterprise innovation teams as well as early stage startups. Past clients include: Toyota, Nissan, Macy's, Prosper, Joyable and Deloitte. In my spare time, I work on the issues of homelessness and housing affordability. I was previously the President of the Board of the SELAH Neighborhood Homeless Coalition. In my work with the League of Women Voters of Los Angeles, I led a project to educate LA residents about supportive housing called "Yes In My LA."
