I’m a seasoned startup generalist and current COO with experience helping 40+ companies scale, particularly around people and process optimization. I launched a six-figure startup consultancy, worked in VC, and as an early employee at a company that grew from Seed to Series B. I also graduated from Harvard with an AB cum laude in Sociology, a discipline that greatly informs my perspective on people and process. On the people side, I’ve managed talent operations for hundreds of contract staffers, overseen recruitment for C-suite executives, managed teams ranging from 1-50, and have scaled cultures through seismic organizational shifts. Process-wise, I’ve built countless systems and workflows for marketing, sales, product, people, operations, and even engineering teams. I’ve watched some processes accommodate years of scale, watched others fail miserably, and have a strong point of view on when and how to insert process as a strategic point of leverage in business growth. (I’m also an experienced marketer, with almost a decade of brand building expertise.
