I am an analytically-driven growth marketer who has a passion for enhancing customer retention metrics. I have a proven record of strategizing, testing and scaling tactics to improve customer acquisition, customer retention, and increase LTV. I am guided by data to point to areas of opportunity and employ my experience with media buying and CRM to implement strategies across channels. I believe that customer acquisition and retention are two sides of the same coin and should work together synergistically. In all of my roles, I have concentrated on building a large of funnel of qualified leads, making incremental improvements to conversion (on web or in an app), and achieving faster payback periods on paid media acquisitions by using my deep understanding of retention loops.
